You know they say that habits are hard to form? They’re just as hard to get back into once you break them. After taking a Christmas break I slipped out of my blogging routine and habit. Although I’ve wanted to return here and start posting for 2013 I’ve been finding it difficult to get back to it. I have so many ideas for new and fun craft tutorials and lots of other inspiration to blog about – so hello 2013! I’m back in the habit.
How are you? Did you have a lovely holiday break? We’ve had a staycation but it’s been great. On New Year’s Eve we went to the Sydney harbour foreshore in the early afternoon and found a wonderful vantage point for the 9pm and midnight fireworks. We hung out the for the rest of the day on our picnic blanket playing cards and games and reading. Luckily we had some shade and lots of cool drinks because it was hot. This was our view.
As usual Sydney put on a spectacular show and we had a front row seat.
This is a taste of our Sydney summer so far this year.
How are you my friends? What have you been up to? Do you have any resolutions? I’m not big on them, but I always seem to make the same “plans” at this time of the year. I call them plans, you call them resolutions! You say potato…
